About Patricia L. Jackson

Patricia L. Jackson is a seasoned organizational development consultant and engagement leader with deep expertise in aligning people strategy with mission-driven goals. She currently serves as a national director, working across a network of healthcare affiliates to drive strategic collaboration, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Her journey in the nonprofit healthcare space began in Houston, Texas, where she served as Vice President of Organizational Development for a large regional affiliate. In that role, she led transformative initiatives in Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and Organizational Effectiveness. She also oversaw the successful administration of employee engagement surveys and helped implement actionable strategies to improve workplace culture.

Patricia’s leadership has brought to life several high-impact programs, including a dynamic onboarding experience (Welcome Aboard), a leadership development curriculum (Leadership Compass), and comprehensive clinical operations training—each tailored to strengthen workforce capacity and enhance patient-centered care.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University. She has also completed graduate certificates in Leadership and in Organizational Development & Psychology. Her professional credentials include certifications as a Gallup Strengths Coach, DISC Facilitator, and SHRM-CP.

She resides in Houston with her husband, Rick, and is the proud mother of two adult children. In 2021, her contributions to the healthcare field were recognized nationally when she was named one of the Top 50 Healthcare Professionals by the National Diversity Council.
