I am a retired primary school teacher who after many years teaching in schools wanted to keep working in both child and adult learning. As a SPELD tutor I am trained to identify strengths and weaknesses in both adult and child learners and to plan remedial programmes for learners of all ages, which can include reading, mathematics, memory skills and motor co-ordination.
