I am the founder of Blacks from the Americas, an educational publishing & Social Enterprise Think Tank creating and publishing socio-cultural educational books, journals and various publications articulating the unique pattern of human excellence from each afro-descendant society from throughout the Americas.
It is an initiative I have been working on for the past 15 years from my own self-funded extended research and without debt.
Prior to moving into Socio-Cultural Education & Communication, my previous professional experiences include 19 + years in various management consulting in various sectors such as telecommunication, education, call centers, insurance, nonprofit management and manufacturing in leadership roles initiating or leading multiple trans-national projects throughout the Americas.
My visionary leadership abilities, my sustained Resilience, my GRIT, and sense of urgency are the vital soft skills and abilities that have been the foundation of my continuously progressive and enriching professional endeavors.
I am gifted at reading and articulating with simplicity, depth and clarity the connecting non-verbal clues rooted in the socio-cultural and historical details underlining the beliefs, convictions, values and moral practices and ways of being active within a society.
I am a Polyglot fluent in French – English – Spanish – Portuguese – Creole.
