Patricia Driver

Patricia is a seasoned Executive Coach and workshop facilitator. Her practice spans a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, professional services and the nonprofit sector. Patricia enjoys working with a broad range of clients, from those just starting out in their careers to mid career managers, CEOs and entrepreneurs. She is also an experienced facilitator and has led workshops on team building, performance management and leadership development. Her work is grounded in the fields of Psychology and Anthropology but propelled by the real-world experiences of senior leadership roles in multinational corporations, living and working on four continents, and parenting five unique human beings.

Patricia began her career as an academic researcher in Social Psychology, with specific interest in risk taking behavior and achievement motivation. She then moved into the corporate world and field of Consumer Insights, helping companies understand customers at a deep level and applying this learning to the development of services, products and communications. Patricia went on to hold senior leadership roles including Vice President of the International Marketplace Insights team at American Express and Managing Director of the London and Singapore offices of Millward Brown, a global leader in brand and advertising consulting. Patricia became increasingly motivated by the people and team development aspects of her role and in early 2009 set up her own coaching practice.

Born and raised in Canada, Patricia has also lived in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Singapore and the United States and has worked in 26 countries. She holds an Honours BSc in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Toronto Canada, an MA in Social Psychology from the University of Western Ontario Canada and certificates in Counseling, Executive Coaching, Corporate Based Mindfulness and the MBTI. Patricia is based in Singapore and is now a Singapore citizen.
