After studying Psychology in Brazil, I have re-oriented my focus to languages and the creative arts. As a creative writer and amateur photographer, I collaborate with singers, composers and visual artists.

In addition to working as Production Assistant/Road Manager for several projects associated with MacArthur Fellow Steve Coleman since 2004, my work ranges from translating patents and copy editing, to being an interpreter for director Spike Lee during one of his projects shot in Brazil.

I am currently performing independent research on scriptwriting and documentary films, in preparation for a documentary series project with which I have been deeply involved for over a year. More on that soon, but I trust it will be the work of a lifetime!
