General Manager in Singapore

About

I've enjoyed a career spanning over twenty years, holding various positions in the Manila offices of global agencies such as Havas, Ogilvy, Grey, and FleishmanHillard. I even tried entrepreneurship through my own PR + activations and talent management firm, Pinwheel Philippines. I designed end-to-end and award-winning campaigns and creative solutions across a variety of industries and groups from healthcare, travel and tourism, government, corporate, and consumer products, not just in the Philippines but in APAC and EMEA. I'm also a certified crisis counselour and “run into burning buildings”. Hope the proven track record shows I know how to build business and growing revenue, winning new clients and maintain long-term and collaborative relationships for the agencies I've worked for, but what I really enjoy is the privilege of mentorship. Have been blessed to be able to help guide the careers of many young professionals who've come my way - this is something I want to make sure I devote time to even in the future.

Made the move to Singapore in late 2022 to join BCW and GCI Health as their Deputy Managing Director. In mid 2023, made the move to Bud to be their Client Services Director and have been busy growing the business, scaling the team in number and skill and exploring ways to expand our footprint across Asia. I was promoted to General Manager a year in, excited to lead the business to grow in all the ways that matter.

Was also a Golden Dove Award-winning radio DJ on popular radio stations, Jam 88.3, UR 105.9 and U92, and most recently on Saved Radio, in the mid-aughts. Erstwhile event host, art gallerist, and features contributor to the early editions of spot.ph, NoliSoli and other publications, writing reviews and other pieces. I continue to do voice work on the side for AVPs and commercials. Also enjoy working on passion projects centered around women empowerment and girls’ education, mental health, and nation building.

Recently, I started a Substack called Clarity with Patricia. I'm hoping to provide it as a resource for those who are in transition seasons or are just asking “what's next?” Hopefully, I get to start producing a podcast, some trainings, too. Watch this space for what's next for me!
