Lets get connected!!!
I am a graduate of John F. Kennedy University with Masters Degrees in Museum Studies with a specialization in Collections Management and Business Administration
From a young age, I have seen museums as welcoming and engaging spaces that build on conversations of history, art, and science. But beyond the materials housed within, I’ve witnessed how museums can build and unite communities and bring people with different backgrounds and experiences together. Although it is not solely the 'stuff' that helps in defining a community, I want to focus on how I can best add to this ongoing conversation.
In the years I have spent volunteering, interning and working in this institution my passion has only grown. But now I am on the path to bigger and better things (a.k.a a long term position in a museum). Working in a museum has always been an interest. Working in collections combines me need to delve into history by allowing me to be a part of the journey to help others connect to their past.
