As a nutritionist, I have a Master's degree in Nutrition and Metabolism with a keen interest in the impact of diets in overall health, as well as the proper combination of ingredients, supplements and nutraceutics for human well being. My academic research was centered on the analysis of the effects of the Mediterranean diet in telomere length in populations with certain medical conditions (PREDIMED longitudinal study).

As an aesthetician, I will soon complete my degree in Dermopharmacy and Cosmetics from the University of Murcia, learning how to combine my knowledge of nutritional intake with beauty products, including their design, production, and related legislation in Europe.

As an explorer, I am attracted to unusual places, new cultures and local cuisines. I can enjoy a wine with local cheese in a rural cabin during an afternoon or waking up with an orange juice and a toast to the sounds of the ocean.
