I aim to be efficient with the use of our practice time by going out with an identified mindset to get things done right "the first time", while recognizing the fact that rowing is a fluid sport that requires numerous hours of practice and self-reflection to master.
I consider myself to be a really laid back, approachable person but when it comes time to get things achieved, I am unwavering in my pursuit of quality. I am enthusiastic about assisting others reach their athletic capacity and am ready to go above and beyond in finding brand-new methods to teach and describe exactly what, at times, can be a discouraging sport.
Instead of getting upset when things aren't going your method, you have to get innovative. If someone doesn't understand something, I make it a point to not move on with practice until I'm sure they have a firm grasp on what I'm trying to discuss. I also make use of my spare time taking care of me website slixa.uk/north-west/manchester/. Yes, however if it avoids confusion, frustration, and an even higher loss of time even more down the road, I consider it to be time well invested.
