The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business from West Virginia's Shepherd University, Patricia (Trish) Sanderson is an experienced real estate agent and broker with an expertise in accounting and taxation as it pertains to commercial and residential property as well as land purchases. A member of both the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and the West Virginia Association of Realtors, Patricia Sanderson began working as a real estate agent in 1987 and has negotiated financing on numerous multimillion-dollar projects.
From 1997 to 2011, Ms. Sanderson worked with a construction management company, where she was responsible for managing financial tasks such as preparing contracts and loan packages. She also was tasked with hiring and managing office and accounting staff as well as procuring building and construction permits for all phases of land development projects.
In 2005, she opened Crestar Realty and Crestar Property Management in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, which she continues to operate today as a residential and commercial real estate agency. Supplementing her pursuits in real estate, she served multiple years on the City of Ranson Board of Zoning Appeals and has delivered several planning commissions presentations that resulted in the successful rezoning of property in Jefferson County.
