Patrick Walsh, CEO, is a Florida-based entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with extensive experience in investment management and corporate strategy. He is the founder of PW Partners, a value-oriented investment firm established in 2012 to support the long-term growth of small- and mid-cap companies. Under his leadership, the firm has focused on operational improvement, disciplined capital allocation, and strategic planning to maximize value across a range of industries.

At PW Partners in Jupiter, Florida, Patrick oversees enterprise finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking initiatives, hedge funds, and equities. His work has focused on the restaurant and hospitality sectors, where he has advised and worked with several recognized brands and organizations. His professional insights and investment activities have been featured in publications including Forbes, Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times. Ernst & Young also recognized him as Entrepreneur Of The Year in 2018.

Patrick's professional career began in 1998 at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities, where he specialized in commercial real estate and publicly traded real estate investment trusts. He later joined Deutsche Bank as vice president of investment banking, further developing his experience in finance and strategic transactions. From there, he moved into hedge fund investing, focusing on long-short equity strategies, before becoming a managing partner at PWK Partners in Chicago. In 2012, he relocated to Florida and launched PW Partners.

In addition to his leadership at PW Partners, Patrick also managed operations at Empire Holdings and Investments, a diversified holding company headquartered in Palm Beach County. In that role, he oversaw investment opportunities and corporate strategy across multiple sectors, with a focus on long-term value creation. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations and brands including TMPL, Palm Beach Sports Club, LIV, Town Sports International, and Famous Dave's of America.

Patrick Walsh, the CEO, has an educational background that includes studying economics at Wesleyan University, where he competed as a two-sport athlete in baseball and football. After a back injury ended his athletic career, he transferred to Boston College and graduated with honors in accountancy.
