His professional journey started at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities in 1998, focusing on investment analysis in Commercial Real Estate and publicly traded REITs. He later became vice president of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., within the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Investment Banking Group. Before the inception of his investment firm, he was a partner at a value-centric Hedge Fund in Chicago.
