Patrick Boyd

I am a audio engineer and sound designer currently living in the Washington, DC area with a passion for telling stories through sound. My current position is Technical Director at NPR's Morning Edition and Up First. In addition to broadcast, my background includes podcast producing and editing, live sound reinforcement, and recording music. I've been working professionally in audio since 2011 and have a degree in Music Industry Studies with a concentration in recording and production. It is my goal to create compelling audio that lifts the narrative and captures that moment in time.
