Studied business many moons ago. Worked in advertising and marketing for around 10 years before starting my own business and escaping the rat race. Have been my own boss for 18 years working in the 'Wellness' sector - helping people through great nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle. I also act as a business coach and mentor to people who work in our sector. I love what I do - we have an expression "Changing the World One Person at a Time".
