Patrick Finney

Since entering the real estate industry over 15 years ago, Patrick Finney has sold more than $250 million in residential real estate and assisted more than 750 homeowners in the sale or purchase of their home. The owner of FINN Real Estate in Denver, he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work, including a gold listing in the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Excellence Awards in 2015. Patrick Finney conducts business with a focus on team cohesion & dedication to honest communication with clients.

In addition, he leads the company in supporting philanthropic organizations and nonprofits across Denver. A commitment to philanthropy is an integral aspect of FINN’s mission, and Finney ensures that a percentage of all transactions benefits local charities. In a personal capacity, he has made significant contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, for which he received recognition from the foundation’s Colorado’s Finest Young Professionals Campaign in 2014. The distinction honors young professionals with exemplary leadership qualities who excel in their business communities while giving back to community causes.

Patrick Finney holds a master of business administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor of science in business and marketing from Iowa State University.
