I first entered the online marketing field at the urging of a good friend who is still one of the predominent Paid Search Experts in the entire country. What was needed was someone to learn the inner workings of the optimization and social media industries as this was a point in time (about 4 years ago) when the algorithms really started to change and basic "quantity link-building" stopped being as effective. The rest is history as I quickly found a place at Londes Digital Marketing in Rochester building their internal seo and social media processes, and then eventually branched out to start Truly Local, which has grown rapidly since its expansion and really exceeded the hopes that I've had for the company in the first two years.

When I'm not surfing the web for cool new sites and marketing vehicles, I'm most likely either watching or coaching soccer. While I have no plans of ever making a career out of coaching or being one of the big coaches that you see on the sidelines of a european championship match, its a game that I will always want to be involved with it on some level.

Currently I'm the Head Women's Coach at Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, which is really a position that forces me to act both as a teacher and as a business manager...and it allows me a chance to give my eyes a break from staring at the computer screen for too long so how could I not enjoy it
