Patrick Liu

Hi, I’m Patrick, a design student based in Vancouver, BC, with a growing focus on graphic design and visual communication. I’m particularly interested in typography, layout systems, and creating clear, structured designs that communicate ideas effectively. Alongside my studies, I’ve been developing my skills across branding, editorial design, and visual identity systems.

I also have an interest in photography, which influences how I approach composition, balance, and visual storytelling in my design work. I enjoy exploring how different visual elements come together to create thoughtful and engaging experiences.

Outside of design, I like to stay active and creative through hiking, biking, and sewing. I also enjoy collecting old family photos, which reflects my appreciation for detail, history, and storytelling. Spending time with friends and family is an important part of my life and helps keep me grounded and inspired.
