Directing the National Museum of Natural History since May 2022 after having managed its communication and public relations department since its reopening to the public in 1996, I understand museums at first glance as places of culture and social integration through their outstanding exhibitions and cultural programming with balanced education.

Passionate about natural history and natural sciences in general, it is also important for me to share my curiosity about the rich collections of natural history museums and their central role in the study of natural heritage. At a time of unavoidable climate change and its unpredictable consequences on biodiversity, natural history museums must occupy a central role in the world of culture and scientific research, in Luxembourg as well as within the Greater Region.

Biochemist by training, former newspaper correspondent for scientific subjects and curator of several major exhibitions, my skills in the field of cultural and scientific promotion enable me today not only to identify the characteristics and expectations of the Museum's publics, but also to be aware of the needs of the scientific and, educational departments of an important museum.
