Greetings and salutations! I am a writer in the process of working on my second novel with the hope of becoming a published author. My first novel, Three Prime, is up over at afuturepast.wordpress.com, posted chapter by chapter and free to be read. If the idea that it may be potentially feasible for vampires to exist as a result of altering enzymes found prevalently in cancer cells, then the story may be for you. Please note I wrote this during the TV Guild Writers Strike of 2007-2008, before the first Twilight movie ruined vampires for some people. Do not fear, you will not find any glitter in Three Prime. I have posted the completed chapters of my second novel, A Future Past, and plan on posting each new chapter as they are written, hopefully on a monthly basis. A Future Past is a look into our potential future, not a hundred years from now, but far enough ahead and after events which have caused the words dystopian future to have been long forgotten. I also have several short stories that I will post as I see fit, though that may depend on how regularly I am able to write and post chapters of A Future Past. I'd love to be able to write full time and have writing take the place of my current full time job, but we'll see.
