If you have ever seen "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," you know the boy Charlie Bucket. Charlie is significant because he loved chocolate and he was SO excited to get the golden ticket. What Charlie did not realize was that Wonka was looking for his successor. Charlie was chosen thru a unique recruiting process to be groomed and encouraged to be the next innovator in his industry. I want to be Charlie Bucket and I want to surround myself with like him. I want organizations to see in me the ability and passion to be led and to lead.
