Patrick Chenier

Patrick Chenier’s experience in community leadership and grassroots politics spans more than two decades. He brings diverse and well-rounded competencies that have been honed through his sport participation, business career, and roles on numerous boards, foundations, and committees.

A dynamic, energetic, and innovative senior executive, Patrick is highly regarded as a visionary leader and strategist. Being proactive and accountable, Patrick has successfully developed cooperative partnerships with governments, non-governmental organizations, corporate sponsors, media, and other public stakeholders.

He consistently delivers quality results based on analytical thinking and ethical decisions. With advanced marketing and advocacy skills, extensive financial prowess, and effective bilingual communications skills (English and French), Patrick’s business, sport, and community experience have all contributed to his ongoing success.

Patrick’s next goal is to win the nomination and become the official candidate for the Conservative Party of Canada in Electoral-District of Courtenay-Alberni for the 2015 federal general election. Ultimately, the goal is to serve and represent the constituents of Courtenay-Alberni and mid-islanders as their Member of Parliament. The nomination meeting date and location will be announced shortly by Party officials.
