PERSONAL

I believe life is a gift that should not be wasted. We have a responsibility to one another, world-wide, to contribute to the welfare of others. For over 25 years, I’ve chosen to do that professionally through para-church organizations and local churches. As a parent, small group leader, volunteer, and employee, I’ve invested most of my life in helping others take the next right step in their journey of life. Seeing and hearing of lives changed for good has been a tremendous reward. And no matter where my next step takes me professionally, I intend to stay the course of helping people and organizations move from where they are to where they need to be.

My most significant and lasting contributions have come from my natural ability to invest in people and develop organizational thinking and systems.
