I'm a senior all-round manager with 20 years experience steering towards improvement in sales and client satisfaction. With a strong focus on results with a getting-the-job-done mentality. I've worked in Product Management, Development, Sales,Marketing, HR, Business Analysis and IT. I have an outspoken clear opinion how to motivate people and create/merge teams to reach the set goal. With a strong feeling how individuals really are (clients and personnel) and that this is a key to succes. Diplomatic but direct when necessary. Using my analytical skills and hawklike overview problems are pinpointed and solutions created.

I have a passion for growing organizations and teams towards their ambitions. Converting plans and ideas into actions. Setting progress realistically and understandable. The more complex and innovating the better. I love a challenge and do my best work as liaison between client, IT, HR, stakeholders and shareholders.

Change is never realized by one but together as teams. For that reason I create an atmosphere of trust, security and freedom. Combined with a strong responsibility for results, using existing as motivating upcoming talent. I believe that happy people are productive people. Focussing on possibilities instead of insecurities keeps moral high and realization fun.
