Patricio (Patrick) Larrea
Patrick, early as a teenager, developed a fascination for urban development and all the forces that make a city operate as a living organism. He began his exploration by pursuing an architectural design career, with a special interest in urban design. After six years of studies, he obtained the title of Bachelor in Science, Architecture. After having the opportunity to manage a real estate development/construction firm in Ecuador-South America, in which one of his accomplishments was designing the University Campus for Universidad de los Hemisferios, he decided to explore new avenues to advance in his career. Patrick relocated to Vancouver-Canada and completed an MBA at Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University. While in the program, he developed a special interest in Leadership development, to later become a Leadership and Communication consultant.
In addition, Patrick has demonstrated great commitment into social initiatives. He joined Sigvol foundation to build houses in remote and unattended communities in Guayaquil-Ecuador. Later, he helped members of the foundation Children of Guayaquil in their efforts to build a school for the Pascuales community. One of his dreams is to create an organization, empowered by strategic alliances with Canadian firms, to counteract the housing deficit in South American countries.
