Patrick Madison
Madison has over thirty-five years of experience in the public and private sectors as a community planner, economic development consultant, investor, real estate developer, and general contractor.
He specializes in real estate development and due diligence with an emphasis on site selection, market assessment, financial analysis, and risk management. He has also created ‘REalityCheck: Real Estate Development & Commercial Investment Application Software,’ a series of interactive, excel-driven financial spreadsheets designed to evaluate the feasibility of real estate investments and commercial development projects.
Dr. Madison is a Certified Planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners and a Registered Environmental Professional with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals. He served as chairman of the Macon-Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission from 1989 to 1992. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Geography from Indiana State University with concentrations in land use planning, site selection and geographic information systems.
He has personally developed or provided owner representation services for projects with a combined value in excess of $150M.
