Patrick Monroe Patterson is a Masters of Urban Planning (MUP) Student at the Ernest B. Langford College of Architecture at Texas A&M University. He is in the Transportation Certificate Program (TCP) and his academic focuses include transportation planning and policy, which is bolstered through his extensive experience in community outreach projects. He is also scheduled to receive Texas A&M's Sustainable Urbanism Certificate for his research in participatory plan making. When he is not working academically, Patrick keeps a strong emphasis on gaining experience through service-based projects. He desires to understand how a project or organization works from the ground up, and is willing to put himself in each aspect to gain hands-on experience.
His work ethic is what sets him apart from the crowd, but it is his servant-leadership style and vision planning that makes him stand among the best. He is ambitious, determined, and energetically analyzes approaches to difficult task given to him. He is cooperative and open to creative ideas that promote innovation and efficiency. He also excels with building interpersonal and professional relationships with colleagues and potential clients.
