Patrick Mravintz

I recently finished my last semester as a graduate student at Shippensburg University. I received my Master's of Arts in Applied History in May.

My passion is learning new stories from the past and spreading those stories to as wide an audience as possible. I enjoy learning about Ancient Greek and Roman military and politics (which sometimes go hand-in-hand), but I am currently studying the American involvement in World War 1.

If I am not reading about history, you can find me day dreaming about what-if scenarios dealing with, you guessed it, historical events. I also hand stitch deerskin journals and other leather items as a hobby.

So please check out my blog, it is only in its infancy but it will mature soon. I will be posting anything that I find interesting in relation to military history or the past in general.
