Patrick Ramsey is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development within the Enterprise Growth Group at American Express. A self-professed payments geek, he is an experienced leader focused on developing & structuring relationships regarding emerging payment technology platforms with American Express's key partners. Prior to joining American Express, Mr. Ramsey was a Senior Manager at PayPal where he led the Strategic Marketing Partnerships team, developing overall program strategy and leading its execution to build consumer preference and new channel reach via partnerships. Prior to PayPal, Mr. Ramsey led product, technology, marketing, operations and business development teams at Wells Fargo Bank and Providian Financial.

A decisive business strategist with a unique combination of product, operations, marketing & business development expertise, he brings creative & profitable approaches to problem solving, enjoys building new technology-based products & monetization models, and balances solid strategic thinking & flawless execution in fast paced, undefined environments.
