Patrick Ryan

A former assistant director in the Village of Homewood, Illinois, Patrick Ryan has overseen the upkeep and operations of several village infrastructures over his decades-long career in public works. Managing crews comprising as many as 40 employees, he has directed the repair and maintenance of hundreds of miles of roadways and sewers. While doing so, he has lowered costs and improved efficiency.

A member of the American Water Works Association, he has also managed the collection, displacement, treatment, and distribution of water. His achievements in this capacity include establishing a 20-year water-improvement program for one village and operating various water systems in multiple others. Today, Mr. Ryan brings this experience to the Batista Group, where, among other responsibilities, he oversees water-treatment and -distribution systems for the company’s clients.

Beyond operating and overseeing water systems, Patrick Ryan has secured funding for water-drainage technologies through state and federal grants. Skilled in grant procurement, he has collectively garnered millions of dollars of government funding for his employers.
