My name is Patrick Searle. I love post-its, tacos, groaner jokes and finding solutions to everyday problems.

In life, I want to make the world around me a better place, either by making systems more user friendly or creating something that makes life more enjoyable.

I am ignited by culture, diversity, communities and people. Cities enthuse me, music motivates me, food satisfies me, but people truly inspire me.

Previously, I have worked in the fields of issue advocacy, marketing and corporate communications, government relations and event management. I felt most fulfilled in these roles when I knew that I was making a positive impact on the lives of the people around me.

I consider myself a storyteller because I like to take complex concepts and break them down into simple ideas. I care a lot about where people come from and what they believe in. Understanding different opinions and communicating them effectively is what I strive to do.
