Patrick Trushell

A veteran business development professional, Patrick Trushell brings more than a decade of experience to his current position as the senior energy portfolio manager for Metromedia Energy in Eatontown, New Jersey. The top energy sales person in the company, he developed an aggregation program for Metromedia Energy. Patrick Trushell closed deals valued at more than $1 million within his first 18 months with the firm and continues to manage all large accounts, many of which are municipalities and other government entities.

Prior to taking on his role at Metromedia, Patrick Trushell served as director of sales with Seneca Survey, a New Jersey-based land survey and planning firm. Brought in to revitalize a flagging sales department, he successfully implemented a sales plan to help generate new accounts. A martial arts enthusiast since the age of four, Patrick Trushell also owned and operated Dragon Martial Arts Society, a company he started in 2000 and grew to five locations. In addition to teaching award-winning students, he managed all facets of the business, including sales, accounting, staff training, and marketing.

Patrick Trushell attended Ocean County College before completing his bachelor’s degree in business at Kean University. He continues to practice such martial arts as Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and karate, and he also enjoys working on classic cars, traveling, and spending time with his children.
