Patrick Windley has a proven track record as a self-motivated, results-oriented real estate executive. During Patrick Windley’s career, he has closed real estate transactions totaling over $4 billion in value, and has served in executive leadership roles in investments, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property management, and asset management. Patrick Windley’s experience is broad and includes his current role as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, Acquisitions & Leasing at Hartman Income REIT, and 12 years at Schostak Brothers & Company where Patrick Windley was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, acquiring real estate nationally, and Chief Operating Officer of a division of the company, which he established. Patrick Windley’s background also includes an institutional transactions position with the Prudential Realty Group, and a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending position at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase). Patrick Windley’s education includes an MBA in real estate and finance from The Ohio State University, where I attended on a full University Fellowship, and an undergraduate degree (cum laude) in finance from Miami University.
