Experienced UX and CX professional who applies passion for strategy, design, creativity and innovation to define strategies, products, and services which support the business and enhance the customer experience.

With a background in Design, Management, and Research, I have a sound international experiences in leading and managing cross-disciplinary international projects and teams and in large digital transformation projects. I also have a solid experience managing clients and stakeholders at all levels.

I combine strategic vision with management skills, business acumen, experience in design and research, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and have a broad experience in delivering projects timely and within budget.

My focus and areas of expertise include strategy, UX, CX, digital transformation, service design, workshops’ design and facilitation. I have experience delivering, among the others, customer journeys, emotional maps, empathy maps, and facilitating co- creation workshops with clients and users to enhance design thinking and foster innovation and creativity.
