Joined a family owned Real Estate business after returning from California where I held a position as Marketing Director for a Fortune Five Hundred Company in 1985. My niche in the Long Island market was seasoned buyers and sellers on the Gold Coast. After I worked 17years at European American Real Estate, my husband was transfered to Tampa before he retired from the banking industry. Shortly after settling into our new surroundings, I started a stagging firm and design studio and joined a local Real Estate office, assisting transplants mostly from up north, to settle into the "flavor of the bay" as well as promoted home sales in Hillsbough and Pasco Counties . As with so many other firms, Future Home Realty is new to the Wesley Chapel area and I am delighted to say I will be working just a few minutes away from home. My area of expertise is negotiating a sale for both parties. I not only bring to the table my negotiating skills but knowledge in home improvement and design.
