Chris and Angela have been part of the Cappers Club since 2004 and in 2010, The Patten Team sales ranked them in the top 2% of realtors nationwide. Since the beginning, more than three quarters of their business has been based off their referrals with 72% of homes sold in 2011 coming from referrals and 76% of homes sold in 2010 being from referrals.
