For more than 25 years, I've been obsessed with "patternhunting" - finding ways to connect ideas and people to become "future ready" by applying emerging tech and analytics to extend capabilities and results. Most recently I've been collaborating to develop software applications to improve behavioral assessment of human improvement programs.

My work has also been featured in The New York Times, Wall StreetJournal, and Guardian UK. Scifi legend William Gibson once described some of my work as "cheap A.I."
