I received electrical engineering degree from the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, Spain, in 2011.
I'm currently a PhD student at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), in the Image Processing group. My research work is mainly focused on developing digital signal processing techniques to infer gene regulatory networks from gene expression data.
The PhD is performed under the supervision of Philippe Salembier and Patrick Meyer and also advised by Albert Oliveras.
