I am the designer in the fields of polygraphy and digital, strategic marketing manager and consultant on the disclosure of psychological barriers that impede a person's development and activity.

I have worked in different business spheres: at the printing house that is occupying the main sectors of the printing market; at the world-known company that organizes the largest exhibitions in Russia; at the advertising agency working in all directions from ATL to Digital, at one of the top three of the Russian digital agencies; at the retailer company that is one of the three leaders in the electronic and household appliances market; and now continue to work in the retail sector.

In addition to the work experience, I am engaged in self-development in business, economic relations, psychology and psychoanalysis. This knowledge helps me to better understand the essence of business and develop new solutions that contribute to the development and high results of a company.

Deep knowledge in psychology and psychoanalysis makes it possible to understand people, to see those qualities and opportunities that need to be awakened to increase their effectiveness. This will lead them to success, they will become richer, both spiritually and financially.

This knowledge allowed me to create a product for the retail company, which increased the company's performance by more than 50% and was recognized as the most successful and qualitative among the rest of the market players according to Google. The proposed solutions in the field of ATL, after the introduction were approved by our customers and increased the loyalty to the company. Knowledge and ability to work in the fields of ATL and digital give huge opportunities.

At the sessions with colleagues who lost their strength and positive attitude towards their work, we eliminated the worries and barriers that prevented them from moving on and seeing new opportunities for realizing their capacities.

I graduated from the Faculty of Taxes and Taxation, where I specialized in the World Economy. In 2017 I graduated from the basic course of the MBA at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, specializing in strategic marketing. My knowledge and skills in the field of psychoanalysis were recognized by the professor and doctor of psychological sciences.
