Cushman & Wakefield
- Improved ADA compliance for the campuses in St. Louis.
- Collaborated with TAC/Recruiting and Senior Management to enhance inclusivity in hiring practices.
- Presented to HR and TAC departments on inclusive onboarding for employees with disabilities.
- Contributed to making LEAD (ERG) more accessible and open for the entire company.
- Provided content for LEAD’s Marketing and Communication team
- Nominated for Cushman & Wakefield’s Purpose Award for contributions to disability awareness and accessibility by 4 employees
Nestle Purina
- Led the Purina Ability Advocates (PAA) ERG and managed content on the website.
- Collaborated with HR/TAC teams to improve accessibility for disabled job seekers.
- Featured on social media and interviewed for articles on Disability Awareness.
- Collaborated with HR, DEI, Facilities and Senior Management on improving accessibility and awareness for disabled employees
- Won the Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador Certificate Award for outstanding work.
- Helped create Thrive Ability, Nestle's own Disability ERG group.
Enterprise
- Created the first-ever Disability Awareness Month for the company.
- Established an intranet page for disability resources, receiving international success.
- Named to the Advisory Board with Senior Management for campus suggestions.
- Attended disability job fairs with HR/Recruiting team and won several diversity and inclusion awards.
- Worked with Sr. management, HR, TAC teams on improving awareness and accessibility.
- Hosted and taught ASL classes for over 100 employees.
JP Morgan Chase
- Started and chaired an Employee Resource Group for Disability.
- Collaborated with HR, senior management, and facilities management on best practices.
- Expanded the ERG's success to other Dallas locations and eventually across the State of Texas.
- Nominated for several Diversity and Inclusion awards from the State of Texas, the city of Dallas, and the company.
My commitment to creating positive experiences for employees, from pre-hire to onboarding and retention, showcases a deep dedication to fostering inclusive and accessible environments. My achievements in advocating for disability awareness and accommodation have undoubtedly left a lasting impact on the companies I've been a part of.
