Paul Carroll

Paul has over 30 years in the stafﬁng industry. He is often referred to as the serial entrepreneur and a thought leader within the industry. Paul has designed, managed, funded and sold ﬁve stafﬁng ﬁrms that far outperformed all ﬁeld ofﬁces of the acquiring companies. His experience spans a variety of disciplines including sales, healthcare, technology and accounting/ﬁnance.

Paul has hired, trained and developed hundreds of stafﬁng professionals, turned simple concepts into $50M businesses within months and developed the key strategic operating model for a leading national stafﬁng ﬁrm. More recently, Paul has deﬁned and brought to market the ﬁrst open bidding stafﬁng marketplace of its kind to the Internet. Paul received his B.A. from Nasson College.
