An entrepreneur at heart, Paul was founder and Managing Partner at Summit Corporate Partners, a boutique investment banking firm. He was the Managing Partner of Century Date Products, a company that that leased mini and mainframe computer systems.
He has served in many leadership positions throughout his career. He was COO for Mosaic Capital, a regional investment bank. He served as Vice President for the Adizes Institute for Organizational Change in Santa Barbara, CA. He served on the executive team for Xcyte Therapies, a biotech company that specialized in immunology protocols.
Paul honed his skills over the years through his work as an executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith's A4SL organization, the Global Institute for Leadership Development. Paul served as trainer for Anthony Robbins and as a Seminar leader for the Landmark Forum and the est training.
He is certified in the Adizes methodology, a structured system for accelerating organizational change developed by Dr. Ichak Adizes.
He is certified in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and in Spiral Dynamics Level I, the study of cultural codes.
He is a certified Process Coach, a self--empowering alternative to therapy that empowers and supports clients in doing his or her own healing work. This coaching is a unique approach to deep emotional healing and wholeness of being. The client becomes their own therapist, their own healing practitioner.
