reporting to the CEO, I have provided the strategic planning, divisional budgets, delivered all core marketing functions, client engagement and acquisition, as well as candidate attraction and managed all outsourced services (design, print, video, web and PR). Playing a key role in taking turnover from £32m Aug 13 to £92m (Aug 15) £100m turnover Aug 2016.

Prior to this I was agency side Creative Director for 15 years. specialising in Digital Marketing, social media, brand development, corporate video, exhibitions, events and PR. but experienced in all direct communication channels. I was Director on all complex web projects, my second degree and previously roles have been in Interactive digital media and have seen through the development of over 120 websites, a few online web and mobile apps. I have produced and directed well over 80 corporate videos and directed and interviewed on hundreds of film shoots.

I was the agency lead client SEO advisor, from website keywords and technical setup through to back linking, story seeding and social media management. I was key advisor on social media strategy’s and social media advertising and SMM, I ran the agency’s Google Engage account and Adwords campaigns for clients (including G+, and YouTube channels) and have excellent knowledge of online advertising and remarketing.

I was the Account Director for the CIPR, Excellence Awards winning “integrated campaign of the year’ (2011) for Donate Wales (organ donation) which has led to a formal change in consent.

I am a creative, brand-led, strategic thinker, and digitally focused. I have the ability to interpret client needs quickly and accurately, I have a keen eye for quality and detail and strive to inspire innovative and effective client communications solutions from any team, whilst able to keep a firm eye on the commercial aspects and opportunities of every project and client encounter.
