I am a retired computer teacher with 20 years of classroom and computer lab experience.

I have been working with and on Macintosh computers since 1986, even through the dark days of the early to mid 90's. I have staunchly defended the Mac. I own the computer that saved the universe (Independence Day), the PowerBook 5300, that's right the one that caught on fire or at least some of them did.(mine, it still works).

It was my classroom computer for many years. It did take quite sometime to boot up, but otherwise was a great machine.

Backup Computing is a small business I have started to work with and help my community.

At Backup Computing we will assist those in need with using their computer whether it is general use or a specific program. We will service machines to keep them running smoothly & will make needed repairs, such as RAM upgrades or installing a new hard drive or just general software maintenance.

I have manged both a Mac & PC lab with upwards of 35 computers of all types and ages. I was responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and training of students, teachers & office staff.

Let me know if you would like some help.
