Paul Lefkowitz
After completing Regular Army Training, in 1965, I bought & sold used cars. Visiting new car dealers, introducing myself as wholesaler interested in buying their used car trade-ins at dealer pricing, I was able to buy used cars they would not sell to their retail customers. A short time later one of the new car dealers hired me as a full time new car salesman. I stayed at it for a few years and again ventured out to open a New Jersey, licensed, wholesale used car business. Sold the wholesale used car operation a few years later and entered into the photo copy industry, Apeco Corporation was the first corporate manufacturer and Savin Business Machine was my second.
It wasn’t until June of 1974 that I ventured into the entrepreneurial arena again becoming an authorized dealer for Sharp Electronics Copier division. Sold the Sharp dealership in 1995.
June of 1996 I was brought into the Time Recording industry as a retail sales manager. Left the company in March of 2013.
