For the past 18 years I have worked in the litigation support industry as a software developer. From 1995 to 2006 I worked as a Senior Developer and Chief Scientist for Dataflight Software, Inc., creator of the award winning Concordance product. In 2006, LexisNexis acquired Dataflight and I was promoted to Director of Development for the Concordance product lines.

In 2008, I left LexisNexis and pursued a career as an independent software developer and consultant. 3Wells Software, LLC was created to provide the industry with quality software solutions and consulting services. As the sole proprietor, I provide custom software solutions using the latest in Windows technologies specializing in desktop and web applications. I also provide consulting and custom scripting services (CPL) for all Concordance products including Concordance, Concordance Image, and FYI.

While maintaining an active role as a consultant to the litigation support industry I have also held positions as Senior Developer at IPRO Tech, Inc. (2010-2012) and most recently as Software Development Manager at Cumulus Data, Inc.
