Paul Stevens

Hi, I am Paul.

I like managing things in logical sequences with people to achieve results and have fun along the way. I'm pretty good at IT as well which helps as I like testing new technology and making it work at home for the benefit of business.

I work hard at things I enjoy and harder in the day job. I've done various things from fish ships, window cleaning to Education ICT delivery, property refurbishments, creating companies, business process changes in a huge organisation to changing the entire infrastructure in support of a full City and citizen services. Easy eh!

I like fixing things, be it at home, in the garden shed, at work or with people. I really enjoy finding solutions, garnering a real team spirit and encouraging people to be the best they can be and inspiring confidence. I want to use my quality skills to achieve positive change in a positive organisation!

Away from work, I'm a dad, a partner, a friend and a brother - oh and a massive car geek. I also like to dabble in gardening, exercise (yeh yeh) and good coffee. But most of all I like to spend the best of my time with my little Princess who is growing more bossy and like her mum every day - and goes by the name of Faith, though I call her Lizzy!
