As a senior management executive with broad-based business experience, I have spent the past two decades leading global initiatives that drive sustainable, profitable growth and improvement in all areas of sales, marketing, new business development, distribution, manufacturing, employee performance and alignment, finance, and business operations. Through it all, I’ve earned a reputation as a strategic visionary, turnaround expert, M&A specialist and problem-solver.

In my current role as President and Chief Operating Officer at McVeigh Associates, a global industry leader in corporate meeting management, I have substantially expanded the customer base and target markets, doubled technology, training and service offerings, and positioned the company as the fifth largest in its industry within North America.

But what has truly driven my career forward is a passion for developing talent and inspiring individuals and teams to reach ambitious goals that far exceed expectations.

Married to my best friend for the past 25 years, we have 4 wonderful children.
