Paul spent the last 16 years building (and fixing) brands, businesses and products, through a combination of marketing, strategy and management execution. He brings a unique combination of creative, analytic and management skills to each project, as well as a broad skill set including: digital marketing, ecommerce, product & brand management, marketing communications and direct response.
Paul has developed business models and strategic plans for startups, internal startup initiatives and vertical business units in corporations with a significant focus re-launching/ transforming, including a rebranding that led to the acquisition by Microsoft. He’s also developed go-to-market plans, realigned staffing and identified/engaged strategic partners needed for success. Paul also has significant experience as a writer and producer of collateral, ads and PR content.
He has developed strategy for, planned and managed large scale integrated brand communications that included: television, radio, print, PR, DRTV and interactive. He brings broad digital expertise including successful demand generation, marketing automation, SEO, social media, email and content marketing programs. He has managed product development across Windows, Android and web application platforms; also planning, managing and evangelizing the products to potential customers and partners.
Paul has built multiple ecommerce businesses from the ground up, including those for the George Foreman and Black & Decker home brands where he was also the General Manager. In addition, he managed development of web sites for major brands, increased sales through onsite merchandising and grew organic traffic. He’s also sourced and integrated key web technologies (social listening, sales and marketing automation, consumer reviews and site surveys) into multiple corporations.
