Paul FINN
Infrastructure: water, electricity, energy, transportation along with the natural resources that drive it all. Literally, the nuts and bolts of the modern world. For over 25 years, I've worked on the debt financing for some of the most valuable and innovative infrastructure projects around the world. From waste-to-energy in the U.S. to petrochemical plants in the Middle East to airports in the Pacific, and a lot of things in between.
Most recently, I managed a A$8bn portfolio of diversified assets earning A$160mln annual revenues for one of the world's leading project finance banks.
In 2014, I started Cragside✤Walden, a financial consultancy focused on advisory services, investment and debt finance for the water sector.
The business plan encompasses working with policy and research institutes; water utilities; governments and development agencies; developers, investors and financiers, across Australia and South Asia. Their projects cover infrastructure upgrades; urban and rural supply management; wastewater treatment and recovery; environmental conservation and restoration; storm water management; development of high-value applications including agriculture, irrigation and industry; and most important - equitable access.
