Bio

Paul has lived, worked, and cooked throughout the world and is deeply passionate about bringing people together through food. He considers himself a world citizen and draws from a wide range of flavors and cuisines. His greatest influences, however, have always been his memories of "home" and "family".

Based in Playa Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, with his wife and 5-year old son, Paul creates menus that are unique, spontaneous and inspired by the beauty and diversity of his community.

Terms of Service

  • 48-hour notice requested
  • 30% percent deposit required to complete booking
  • 24-hour notice for menu change requests
  • Client is responsible for ensuring a clean and functional kitchen on the day of the event​
